eLtru is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. All sales are final, unless it non-repairable damage before purchase or was mislabeled by us. Products that are damaged after sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Orders must be returned or exchanged at one of our warehouses in the New York tri-state area.
